LEGAL EDUCATION AND CRITICAL WORK LAW
Abstract
This article seeks to analyze legal education and critical Labor Law based on the review of the book “Direito do Trabalho: uma introdução político-jurídica”, reflecting on the role of university teaching in the student training process in relation to the labor legal phenomenon. Therefore, initially, we start to inquire about legal education and the meaning of what is understood as criticism, to then present the content of the work, with the necessary reflections and analysis, with the intention of highlighting not only the its relevance, in a context of severe transformations in the discursiveness of Labor Law, but, mainly, the ideological elements that subsidize the predominance of a dogmatic formation in the labor law branch.
