Publication of Volume 7 with the Dossier "Ecology, Unionism, and Labor Law"
Campinas (SP) - The Labor and Human Development Law Journal - Journal of the Regional Labor Prosecutor's Office of the 15th Region (RJTDH) is pleased to announce the publication of the full content of its Volume 7 (2024), continuing the RJTDH’s tradition of fostering qualified and interdisciplinary debates on the world of labor and its regulation.
The current volume contains 11 original scientific articles with legal reflections on topics related to the social phenomenon of labor and human rights, in line with the RJTDH's scope. All articles were published following a continuous editorial flow and are of great value for academics and legal professionals, as well as related fields, contributing their research and perspectives to the ongoing legal debate.
Volume 7 also features the publication of the DOSSIER: ECOLOGY, UNIONISM, AND LABOR LAW, coordinated by guest Professors Gustavo Seferian (UFMG-Brazil) and Michael Löwy (CéSor/EHESS/CNRS-France). In addition to the organizers’ introduction, the dossier includes a preface, 14 original scientific articles, and 3 translations that explore labor relations at the intersection with ecological political agendas, focusing on urgent and contemporary reflections on the various facets of labor mediation between humanity and non-human nature.
The Dossier deepens RJTDH's mission to disseminate legal articles addressing the social phenomenon of labor as a priority element of human development. Additionally, it fulfills the objective of publishing interdisciplinary, theoretical, or empirical studies relevant to legal norms and their application in society.

RJTDH is an open-access journal, meaning all content is freely available to users or their institutions. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
RJTDH adopts the continuous or rolling pass publication model, which involves publishing articles as they are approved. A single volume is published annually.
